Israeli soldiers invaded several neighborhoods in the West Bank city of Hebron and broke into dozens of homes on Tuesday at dawn.

A local source in Hebron reported that soldiers, supported by armored vehicles, broke into dozens of homes in the University neighborhood and searched them, causing damage. 

Several families were forced out of their homes for several hours, while soldiers carried out military searches and interrogated the youth.

Also, soldiers installed roadblocks on Al Salam Street and in the Be’er Al Mahjar area, stopping dozens of vehicles to search them.  Dozens of residents were held and interrogated for several hours.  There were no arrests.

In Beit Kahil village, soldiers installed a military roadblock in the Al Jisir area, stopped dozens of vehicles, and handed several residents military orders to meet with the Israeli security for interrogation at a neighboring military camp.

Several roads around Hebron were blocked and there was an intensive presense of soldiers around the villages in the area.
