Israeli soldiers arrested, on Tuesday morning, one resident near Azoun Atma village, south of the West Bank city of Qalqilia.
A local source in Qalqilia reported that soldiers arrested Issa Ali Al Sheikh, 33, from Snieria village, while he was heading to Azoun.
Al Sheikh was handcuffed, blindfolded and taken to an unknown destination.
