Two Palestinian children were injured in the West Bank city of Hebron on Monday at night after settlers of Keryat Arba’ settlement, attacked several surrounding homes east of the city, a Palestinian medical source reported.

Resident Sabriyya Jaber, owner of one of the attacked homes, said that two children identified as Ziad Sa’adi Jaber, 3, and Nour Hafeth Al Rajaby, 13, were hospitalized after being attacked by the settlers while playing near their homes.

Jaber added that settlers intensified their attacks against the Palestinian homes and residents over the last two weeks, especially after new settlers who were living in Gaza settlement, were brought to live in Keryat Arba’ settlement.

Recently, residents of Hebron noticed several lorries entering Keryat Arba’ settlement, transferring furniture and belongings of new settlers who arrived from Gaza, to settle in Hebron.

Dozens of settlers gathered near the settlement and chanted slogans against the Palestinians, and calling for “revenge”, for evacuating the settlers from Gaza.
