Israeli soldiers arrested, on Sunday, one resident in Saida village, north of the West Bank city of Tulkarem.
A local source in the village reported that soldiers installed a military checkpoint at the entrance of the village and arrested Fadi Monther Raddad, 25, and took him to an unknown destination.
