Under the patronage of the Palestinian Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr. Nasser Al Kidwa, the Representative Office of Republic of Korea to Palestine was officially opened on Monday in the west Bank city of Ramallah.
 
The ceremony started by a welcoming speech by Mr. Young-Sam Ma, the head of the representative office of Korea to the Palestine.
 
Al Kidwa stressed the importance of the Palestinian-Korean ties and welcomed the Korean mission to Palestine.
 
Mr. Rimon Abu Farha, the office manager, said the office aims to develop and promot ties between the Korean and the Palestinian people and to develop business relations between the two countries.
 
A short speech was also given by the Korean Ambassador to Israel followed by a tour in the office and a reception.
