Israeli soldiers shot and injured two residents late on Monday at night in the West Bank city of Hebron after firing at their car.

Monther Abu Maiala, 24, and Faraj Daha, 22, were injured after troops fired at their car in the city.

Army claims that the two failed to follow military orders after ordering them to stop; both suffered light wounds and bruises to several of their bodies, local sources reported.

Troops patrolled the city and searched several houses allegedly searching for residents who hurled a Molotov cocktail at an army post in the city.
