Israeli soldiers exchanged fire with Palestinian resistance fighters in the West Bank city of Jenin after invading it earlier on Sunday.

A local source in Jenin reported that twenty Israeli military vehicles, and a military bulldozer, invaded the city, surrounded a five-story building and ordered the residents out.

An armed resistance group, not present in the surrounded building, exchanged fire with the soldiers who retreated later on without conducting any arrests.
