Israeli troops invaded, on Tuesday afternoon, Aida refugee camp in the West Bank city of Bethlehem, and arrested four members of the Abu Aker family.

Soldiers invaded the camp, surrounded the Abu Aker’s house, fired gas bombs and rounds of live ammunition, and arrested four members of the family, eyewitnesses reported.

Clashes erupted between the army and youth in the camp.  One 40 year old man was injured by bullet shrapnel fired by the military at people who were apparently throwing stones at the military invaders.

The army claims that the four men are members of the Al-Aqsa Brigades, the armed resistance wing of the Fateh party.
