Israeli army bulldozers uprooted,  Saturday morning, orchards that belong to the residents of the Kafer Alled and Beit Leed, near the West Bank city of Tulkarem.

Bulldozers uprooted trees and destroyed farm crops in order to construct a new bypass road for the the settlers and to create a "security area" around the near by settlements surrounding the city.

Owners of the uprooted orchards said that they intend to file an appeal to the Israeli High Court against the destruction of the orchards, their only source of livelihood.
