Local sources report that the Jewish National Fund and Israeli Police are forcefully removing the Palestinian Ozlan family from their home in Silwan, East Jerusalem.
In the late 90’s the world rallied to keep the Ozlan family, which had saved Yemenite Jews from being massacred in Silwan in 1929, from being evicted.
Solidarity groups are appealing for members to rush to the scene to help prevent the eviction.
