Israeli soldiers shot and killed a Palestinian child, and injured two youth, in Qalandia refugee camp, near the West Bank city of Ramallah.

A local source in the camp reported that troops, supported by armored vehicles, invaded the camp and clashed with dozens of youth who hurled stones and empty bottles at the soldiers who fired with live ammunition, rubber-coated bullets, gas and concussion grenades.

One child identified as Mohammad Fareed  Zayyat, 15, was killed after suffering a live round in the his chest.

Also, resident Mohammad Rasheed Al Reehawi suffered a rubber-coated bullet injury in his thigh, and resident Taha Waheed was injured by a rubber-coated bullet in his face; both were transferred to a hospital in Ramallah.

Meanwhile, an Israeli military source claimed that the killed child and other residents were trying to damage parts of the annexation Wall.
