The Israeli army arrested one resident from the West Bank city of Nablus during a predawn invasion Wednesday.
More than 15 army vehicles stormed the old city and several other neighborhood, searching scores of residential homes before arresting Ammer Al Halabi, 27. He was moved to unknown location, eyewitnesses reported.
