Israeli army troops and armored jeeps stormed the West Bank city of Nablus Monday morning.

Soldiers were deployed in several neighborhoods and the old town area of the city, though no home searches or arrests were made, local sources reported.

Nablus was the scene of a massive army operation last week that left five residents dead and 55 injured, including three reporters.
