The Israeli army took five prisoners from the West Bank city of Hebron and the nearby Al-Shiokh village, Monday at dawn.

Troops stormed residents’ homes in the city and the nearby village, searched and ransacked them, before taking the five to unknown locations. Two of teh arrestees were identified as Sharif Mahfouz, 23 and Abdul Nasser Meree, 23.

Eyewitnesses reported that soldiers attacked and hit two children during the search campaign, one of whom is a baby.
