Anwar Salah, 28, and Ismail Abdul-Kareem, 41, were taken prisoners by the Israeli army during an invasion to the village of Al Khader south of the West Bank city of Bethlehem on Tuesday morning.
Troops and army jeeps stormed the village and surrounded the houses of the two detainees before forcing their way in.
Family members reported that troops searched and ransacked the two houses before taking Anwar and Ismail to unknown locations.
Both detainees were released from Israeli jails 18 months ago, after being detained under administrative detention orders without trial or charges, their families reported.
