Palestinian resistance groups fired two home made shells at an Israeli army post, east of Al Bureij refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip on Monday evening.

In a press release issued on Tuesday the Abu Ali Mustafa brigades, the armed  wing of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP), and  Al Aqsa Brigades, the armed wing of Fatah, claimed responsibility for the mission stating the actions were a response to  ongoing Israeli attacks on Palestinian people in both the Gaza Strip and the West Bank.

The Israeli Army have reported of no damage of injures from the rocket launches .
