Abu Obaida, spokesperson of the Al Qassam brigades, the armed wing of
Hamas, stated on Friday that two engineers, members of the
“manufacturing division” of the brigades were killed while preparing
explosives in Gaza.
Abu Obaida stated that the two were preparing explosives in Al Zaytoun neighborhood, east of Gaza City.
The two were identified as Husam Al Zameely, 23, and Mohammad al Masry, 24.
Medical sources confirmed the death of Al Zameely and Al Masry, and added that three other Palestinians suffered moderate-to-sever injuries as a result of the blast.
