Two Palestinians opened fire at Israeli security guards and police in Sheikh Sa'ad neighborhood in East Jerusalem on Saturday afternoon.

The Israelis forces fired at the two men, killing both, along with an innocent bystander.  Four Israeli security officers were reported injured.

The clash took place on the construction site of the Israeli Annexation Wall that is being constructed on the land of Sheikh Sa'ad neighborhood, and will result in the total isolation and 'ghettoization' of the neighborhood.

The al-Aqsa Brigades, the armed wing of Fateh, took credit for the attack.

The bystander who was killed was identified as Anas Uweisat, 19.

The names of the other two Palestinians remained unknown, and Israeli forces kept the bodies.

This attack is the first of its kind to target a wall construction site in East Jerusalem. Palestinians have been using nonviolent resistance against the wall in all the West Bank areas including East Jerusalem. The wall in Jerusalem area, isolates the city from its surroundings and keeping nearly 55 thousand Jerusalem Palestinian citizens outside of their city.
