Israeli Foreign Minister, Tzipi Livni, stated that there are 'red lines' she will refuseto  cross during Palestinian- Israeli talks.  Livni told Israeli radio that the 'red lines' are a generalised reference to refugees, borders, and Jerusalem . The Israeli official statement came few hours before a meeting between the Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas and the Israeli Primer Ehod Olmert. The Israeli Palestinian Talks were reinstated during the one day American sponsored Annapolis conference last November, Livini was appointed by Israeli to lead their negotiation team.
