The Israeli army attacked on Tuesday a nonviolent protest organized by the village of Na’alien, located near the central West Bank city of Ramallah.

The villagers along with international and Israeli peace activists were protesting the illegal Israeli wall and settlement construction on the village land.

Witnesses said that the villagers marched to the location of the Wall; as soon as they arrived there Israeli troops fired tear gas and rubber-coated-steel bullets. Medical sources said that several protesters were treated for gas inhalation.
