Israeli political sources said that Palestinian and Israeli negotiation teams have agreed to start transcribing a peace deal between the two sides. The sources added that core issues like Jerusalem, Refugees, and borders have not yet been discussed or agreed upon by the two sides.

Chief Palestinian negotiator Amad Qurea’ said on Friday night that a draft for a peace deal is being prepared.

He added that the Palestinian-Israeli talks are going through critical times and some issues is still to be tackled like borders, refugees, land, and Jerusalem.

Palestinian Israeli peace talks were revived last November during the one day Annapolis conference hosted and sponsored by U.S President George  Bush.

Jerusalem, Refugees, and borders have been the stumbling issues during previous peace talks between Palestinians and Israelis.
