The Israeli army attacked on Thursday midday a non violent protest in Nil’in village southern the central West Bank city of Ramallah, kidnapping 2, injuring 3 and causing dozens to suffer from gas inhalation, local sources reported.
A group of peace activists, internationals and Nil’in villagers marched a non violent protest against the apartheid wall being built on the village lands and against the closures, killings, and kidnappings the Israeli army attacked the protest and during clashes 3 protesters were injured by the Israeli rubber bullets, and dozens suffered from gas inhalation due to the Israeli tear gas.
In addition, The Israeli army kidnapped two members from the local popular committee against the wall and settlement construction.
Eye witnesses reported that a number of Israeli military vehicles centered at the village and nearby the wall banning any protestor from coming near. Moreover Israeli troops announced the area a closed military zone and banned villagers from reaching their farm lands.
