One civilians sustained moderate wounds as others treated for tear gas inhalation when Israeli troops attacked on Friday the weekly anti wall protest in the village of Nil’in, central West Bank.

Villagers along with their international supporters held the midday prayers at lands close to the wall construction site. After the prayers people marched towards the wall being built on lands owned by the farmers of Nil’in.

As soon as people approached the gate of the wall troops stationed their fired tear gas at them.

Later local youth hurled stoned at the soldiers. Troops responded by firing live rounds at the youth. One local boy was hit with a live round in his abdomen and was moved to a hospital in the nearby Ramallah city.
