A bloody day in Palestine, six civilians killed and others injured in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip. The detailes are coming up, stay tuned.

The News Cast

Four Palestinians were killed and nine others were wounded on Wednesday night after the Egyptian security forces sprayed a border tunnel with gas.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza confirmed that the four were killed after the Egyptian border police sprayed a tunnel with toxics, and denied reports that the tunnel was detonated leading to the death and injury of the residents.

On Thursday Israeli soldiers opened fire at a nonviolent protested organized near Rafah city, southern Gaza Strip, on Thursday wounding one Palestinian man. The protesters gathered near the Israeli borders with Rafah and demanded the halt of military attacks on the famers.

Earlier today Israeli tanks and bulldozers invaded border areas near Al Bureij refugee camp in central Gaza Strip damaging crops and trees.

Two sisters, aged 8 and 10, were killed while their father and brother were wounded after Israeli soldiers rammed their jeep into them in the Jordan Valley on Wednesday night.

Local sources reported that the family was on its way back home after farming their land. The father was driving a tractor when a speeding Israeli military jeep rammed into it, flipping it over.

Elsewhere a group of Israeli settlers attacked the town of Huwwara, in northern West Bank, and destroyed olive trees and property. The settlers started their attack by setting fire to olive trees owned by Huwwara residents. Later settlers attacked the town public park and caused a serious damage.

Before residents managed to force them to leave; the settlers also damaged one home in the town. Villagers told media that the armed settler came from the nearby settlement of Yitzhak located near Huwwara. There are nearly half a million Israeli settlers living in West Bank settlements. According to international all West Bank settlement are illegal.

In other news the Israeli army detained on Thursday nine Palestinian civilians during dawn invasions targeting a number of West Bank communities. The military announced that those men who were detained on Thursday were taken during home raids in the cities of Bethlehem, Ramallah, and Jenin.
