Israeli police officers attacked on Monday Palestinians street market at Jerusalem’s old city.
Police officers confiscated the kiosks and assaulted their owners. This market is one of the oldest markets in Jerusalem to sell food and vegetables.
Local sources said that the police were acting based on the Israeli municipality orders.
Kiosk owners were arrested and taken to a police station in Jerusalem old city where they were given fines. Most owners could not pay the amount of money they were fined with, the sources added.
