Palestinian Medical sources reported on Saturday morning that Israeli soldiers opened fire at dozens of residents near “Nahal Oz” area, east of Gaza city; one resident was injured.Eyewitnesses reported that the army opened fire randomly at residents and farmers in the area, while the residents were working, and farming their lands, The Palestine News and Info Agency, WAFA, reported.
The wounded resident was identified as Mohammad Ibrahim Hamad, 23; he was shot in his right thigh, and was moved to a local hospital.
The eyewitnesses said that the army was not provoked in any way, and that the farmers fled their lands fearing further attacks by the army.
