Palestinian medical sources reported, on Friday at night, that two Palestinians were wounded in an explosion that took place in Beit Lahia, in the northern part of the Gaza Strip.The two were moved to Kamal Odwan Hospital in Beit Lahia suffering moderate wounds.
Eyewitnesses reported that the explosion took place while Israeli drones were heard flying over the area.
Yet, local sources reported that the blast was a result of a failed attempt to fire homemade shells into an adjacent Israeli area.
On Friday afternoon, dozens of residents, and five journalists, were wounded when the Israeli army attacked nonviolent protestors against the Annexation Wall and settlements in Bil’in and Ni’lin villages, near the central West Bank city of Ramallah, Kufur Qaddoum, near the northern West Bank city of Qalqilia, Al-Ma’sara near Bethlehem, and several other areas in the West Bank.
