Scores march in the funeral of three Palestinians killed by the Israeli army, while prisoners continue their protests. These stories, and more, coming up, stay tuned.

Thousands of Palestinians marched today in the funeral of Maisara Abu Hamdiyya from Hebron city in southern West Bank and funeral of Naji Balbissi and Aamer Nassar both from the village of Anabta, northern West Bank.

Abu Hamdiyya, a political prisoners held by Israel, died in Tuesday of this week in Israeli detention due to an advanced case of cancer. Palestinian officials say the Israeli army ignored Abu Hamdiyya’s medical consition which led to his death.

Meanwhile Naji Balbissi and Aamer Nassar were killed on Wednesday night during clashes that took place at a military checkpoint near Anabta village. Soldiers kept the body of Nassar for one hour before handing him over while Balbissi was found dead by villagers near the checkpoint on Thursday morning.

Abu Hamdiyya is the third Palestinian political detainee held by Israel to die this year. In February Arafat Jaradat also from Hebron city died while beinsg troutured by Israeli investigators. In January, Ashraf Abu Thrayia’ died due to deteriorating health conditions just three days after the Israeli army released him.

The Palestinian health ministry announced roday that 80 Palestinian have been injured by Israeli troops gunfire since Tuesday in clashes all over the west Bank in protest of Abu Hamdiyya’s death. Many others treated for the effects of tear gas inhalation.

Palestinian sources reported clashes today in Hebron and Bethlehem cities as well as Nablus and Tulakrem in northern West Bank.

Moreover, Palestinian political detainees held by the Israeli army continued today their three day hunger strike. the detainees held their strike in protest of Abu Hamdiyya’s death.
