Thursday May 9 2013, Israeli soldiers invaded Ithna town, near the southern West Bank city of Hebron, and Bab Az-Zawiya area in the city, broke into and searched several homes.Local sources reported that a large Israeli military force invaded Ithna after closing all of its entrances, violently broke into several homes, and searched them causing excessive property damage.
Eyewitnesses reported that the soldiers also interrogated the families in their own homes, and inspected the ID cards of the residents.
They added that the army locked each family in a room in their own home, and searched the rest of the property in a violent and provocative manner.
Furthermore, dozens of settlers marched in Bab Az-Zawiya and Ithna while Israeli soldiers blockade roads and prevented the residents from using them.
