[Tuesday Evening October 29, 2013] Palestinian medical sources have reported that a Palestinian youth was shot and injured during clashes with Israeli soldiers invading Teqoua’ town, east of the West Bank city of Bethlehem.The sources said that dozens of youths hurled stones and empty bottles at invading Israel military jeeps, and that the army fired several rounds of live ammunition, rubber-coated metal bullets and gas bombs.
One teenager, identified as Ahmad Riyadh Sabah, 16 years of age, was shot by a rubber-coated metal bullet in the back.
Soldiers also prevented a Palestinian ambulance from entering the town to provide the needed medical treatment for the wounded.
Most of the clashes were concentrated at the eastern and western entrances of the town.
Israeli sources claimed that some youths hurled Molotov cocktails at a settlement bus driving through the town; damage was reported, no injuries.
