Israeli Airstrikes Over Gaza, Ceasefire Spoiled

Israeli aircraft have carried out airstrikes across Gaza early Thursday, according to Ma’an, these in response to rocket fire reported to have come from Gaza just shortly after a new ceasefire extension came into effect.An official from the Palestinian interior ministry has reported four airstrikes over open ground, occurring 30 minutes into the truce extension which supposed to last for 5 days.

According to an Isreali military spokeswoman, Palestinian resistance fired six rockets toward Israel, late Wednesday, four of which hit open areas and one of which was reportedly intercepted.
