Israeli soldiers kidnapped on Thursday a Palestinian man at a roadblock near the central West Bank city of Ramallah. The army also closed two main roadblocks near the northern West Bank city of Nablus.Local sources in Ramallah have reported that the soldiers kidnapped Soheil Mahmoud ‘Ayyash, 33 years of age, after invading his home approximately at nine in the morning.
After violently searching and ransacking the home, the soldiers cuffed and blindfolded ‘Ayyash before moving him to an unknown destination.
In related news, soldiers stationed at the Huwwara roadblock, south of the northern West Bank city of Nablus, closed the roadblock and prevented the Palestinians from crossing.
The soldiers also installed a number of roadblocks close to the Yitzhar illegal nearby settlement, stopped and searched dozens of Palestinian cars, and inspected the ID cards of the passengers.
