Dozens of Israeli soldiers invaded, on Sunday at dawn, a number of Palestinian communities in the West Bank district of Bethlehem, searched and ransacked homes, and handed five residents, including three children, military orders for interrogation. Local sources said the invasions targeted Beit Fajjar and Batteer towns, and Um Salmouna village, in addition Hindaza Mountain area.
The sources said the army searched homes in Batteer town, west of Bethlehem, and handed Khalil Abed Moammar, 15, Khalil Thaher Moammar, 16, and Ali Mohammad Oweina, 17, military warrants ordering him to head to Etzion base, south of Bethlehem, for interrogation.
Similar orders were handed to Ali Ahmad Taqatqa, 25, from Um Salmouna village, Ahmad Mohammad Taqatqa, from Beit Fajjar, Ahmad Daoud Obeyyat and Malek Awad Oweiss, in In Hindaza Mountain area, east of Bethlehem.
