Israeli soldiers invaded, on Tuesday morning, the al-Khalayla neighborhood in the al-Jeeb town, northwest of occupied East Jerusalem, and demolished three Palestinian industrial structures.
Witnesses told local news that several military vehicles, and bulldozers, invaded the neighborhood, approximately at 6:30 in the morning, and demolished a blacksmith workshop and two car repair facilities.
Israel alleges the structures were built without construction permits. Local sources said that this is the fourth time the soldiers demolish the blacksmith workshop that provides livelihood to more than twenty Palestinians, while the cars workshop provides livelihood to three families.
The owners of the structures filed construction permits to the City Council more than four years ago, and paid at least 50.000 NIS to obtain all needed permits and documents.
In other news, Israeli soldiers invaded, late on Monday at night and on Tuesday at dawn, several Palestinian villages and towns in different parts of the occupied West Bank, violently searched and ransacked homes, and kidnapped twelve Palestinians, including four in occupied Jerusalem.
The Wadi Hilweh Information Center in Silwan, in occupied Jerusalem, said the soldiers stormed and searched several Palestinian homes in the town, and in the Old City, and kidnapped four Palestinians.
Invasions and home searches were also reported in Hebron and Bethlehem cities, southern West Bank in Addison to Tulkarem and Jenin and the north.
The army also conducted life-fire training near ‘Arraba town, in addition to Jilqamous, Qabatia, Um at-Tout village and the Shuhada Triangle, near Jenin, causing anxiety attacks among the residents, especially the children.
