Earlier Sunday, Israeli soldiers abducted a Palestinian in Bethlehem and invaded Jenin, Nablus, and Tulkarem in the occupied West Bank.
In Bethlehem, the soldiers invaded Tuqu’ town, southeast of the city, searched homes, and abducted Mahdi Khaled Hmeid, 22.
In related news, the soldiers invaded Ya’bad town and Jalboun village, near the northern West Bank city of Jenin, stopped and searched Palestinian cars, and interrogated many Palestinians while inspecting their ID cards.
The soldiers also invaded orchards in the Ya’bad Meadow area and fired many flares while conducting extensive searches.
Furthermore, many army vehicles invaded Faqqu’a village, northeast of Jenin, and exchanged fire with Palestinian fighters at the Al-Jalama military roadblock northeast of the city.
In Nablus, in the northern West Bank, the soldiers invaded Beit Furik town, east of the city, leading to protests, and fired gas bombs and concussion grenades at students near their schools.
In addition, the soldiers invaded Nur Shams refugee camp, east of Tulkarem in the northeastern West Bank, after Palestinian fighters opened fire at army vehicles near the refugee camp.
