Israeli soldiers abducted, on Thursday at dawn, five Palestinians from Qaffin town, north of Tulkarem, and one in Jayyous, east of Qalqilia, in the northern part of the occupied West Bank.

The Tulkarem office of the Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS) has reported that the soldiers invaded and violently searched many homes in Qaffin, interrogated several Palestinians and abducted five.

It identified the abducted Palestinians as Amin Ahmad Khashan, 33, Mohammad Sa’id Sabah, 38, Rabea’ Jamal Harsha, 29, Amin Sa’id Harsha, 33, and Mohammad Samir Ammar, 38.

Furthermore, the soldiers invaded Jayyous town, east of Qalqilia, and abducted Mahmoud Mohammad Baidha, 20, from his home, after invading and searching it.

In related news, the soldiers invaded that at-Tabaqa village, south of Hebron, in the southern part of the occupied West Bank, and searched several homes after forcing the families out in the cold. Two of the invaded homes are owned by Yousef Amro and Hisham Amro.

Also at dawn, the soldiers invaded several areas in the central West Bank governorate of Ramallah, and abducted eight Palestinians.

On Thursday morning, the soldiers caused dozens of schoolchildren to suffer the effects of teargas inhalation, in the southern area of Hebron city, in addition to confiscating two cars from Hebron and Yatta.
