Occupied West Bank: Israeli occupation forces carried out widespread invasions and abductions across several areas of the occupied West Bank early Saturday, targeting towns in Salfit, Nablus, Hebron, and Jenin, amidst escalating violations by illegal Israeli paramilitary colonizers.

In the town of Al-Zawiya, west of Salfit in the central Best Bank, Israeli soldiers abducted two young men, Noor Amin Abu Leila, the brother of slain Palestinian Omar Abu Leila, and former prisoner Adham Ismail Saber, after storming and ransacking their homes. Witnesses reported that the detainees were subjected to physical abuse during the invasion.

In Nablus Governorate, in the northern West Bank, at least 12 Palestinians were abducted, including journalist Mujahid Bani Mufleh.

Israeli forces invaded the towns of Zawata, Madama, Asira al-Qibliya, Orif, Tal, and Beita, conducting violent home invasions and detaining residents.

Among those taken were Ahmad Qett, Ehsan Nassar, Bashir Abu Hamed, Hassan Bassam, Mohammad Ibrahim, Mahmoud Abu Ma’moun, Malek Wasif, Homam Sharif, and Mohammad Sobhi.

In the southern West Bank, Israeli troops invaded the town of Dura near Hebron, storming many homes and an apartment building belonging to the Shadeed family. Properties owned by Wael Oweimer and Abdullah Al-Hindi were also searched and vandalized.

Meanwhile, illegal paramilitary Israeli colonizers erected tents on privately owned Palestinian land in Asira al-Qibliya, south of Nablus.

According to local council head Hafeth Saleh, the colonizers raised racist banners, including one in Arabic reading “No future in Palestine,” linked to the extremist “Price Tag” movement.

The encampments were established in areas classified as “Area B” under the Oslo Accords, where civil control is nominally Palestinian.

In Jenin, in the northern West Bank, Israeli occupation forces launched a large-scale invasion of the city’s eastern neighborhood, accompanied by a military bulldozer.

The soldiers broke into homes, detained and interrogated residents, and assaulted at least one man, who was hospitalized after being beaten. The Red Crescent confirmed the injury and evacuation.

The military also destroyed infrastructure in the Al-Bayader area and deployed infantry units along Nablus Street.

Saturday marked the 159th consecutive day of Israel’s assault on Jenin and its refugee camp, where bulldozing, home burnings, and the conversion of civilian properties into military outposts have become routine. Since the beginning of the offensive, 40 Palestinians have been killed, with dozens more injured or abducted, in Jenin.

Since the beginning of this year, Israeli forced and paramilitary colonizers have killed 164 Palestinians; 58 in Jenin, 28 in Nablus, 26 in Tubas, 16 in Tulkarem, 9 in Ramallah, 8 in Hebron, 6 in Bethlehem, 4 in Qalqilia, 3 in Salfit, 5 in Jerusalem and 1 in Jericho.

Among the slain Palestinians are 29 children, 6 women, 3 elderly, 2 killed by the colonizers, 53 who were assassinated and 36 killed during colonizers’ attacks.

Since October 7, 2023, Israeli soldiers and paramilitary colonizers have killed 999 Palestinians, including 202 children, 22 women, 16 elderly, 1 journalist and 25 who were killed by paramilitary colonizers.

In the Gaza Strip, since Israel’s violation of a mediated ceasefire agreement on March 18, 2025, the Gaza Health Ministry reports that Israeli forces have killed more than 6,000 Palestinians and injured over 50,000.

Since October 7, 2023, Israeli forces have killed at least 56,331 Palestinians, including more than 16,507 children, 9,803 women, and 254 journalists, and wounded at least 132,458 more, most of them children, women, and the elderly. Thousands remain missing beneath the rubble of bombed homes, streets, and alleyways.
