Army Abducts Nine Palestinians in the West Bank

Israeli forces abducted, on Tuesday, nine Palestinian citizens in various parts of the occupied West Bank, after invading and searching their homes.

Israeli forces abducted a Palestinian young man at the Atouf gate, east Tubas in the northeastern part of the occupied West Bank.

According to Kamal Bani Odeh, the director of the Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS) in Tubas, occupation forces abducted the young man, Omar Mahmoud Hassan Basharat, 19, at the Atouf gate, east of Tubas, while he was on his way to his workplace.

Occupation forces abducted two citizens, on Tuesday morning, while demolishing an agricultural room near the town of Qarawat Bani Hassan, northwest of Salfit in the central occupied West Bank.

Ibrahim Asi, the head of the Qarawet Bani Hassan municipality, told WAFA that soldiers abducted the citizens, Issam Abdel Razek Rayan and Ihab Nazih Rayan, during the demolition of an agricultural room owned by their relative, Issam Rayan.

Meanwhile, Israeli soldiers abducted, on Tuesday afternoon, a young man and attacked citizens in the Shu’fat refugee camp, north of occupied Jerusalem.

Media sources said that occupation forces abducted an unidentified young man after assaulting him in the Shu’fat camp, while local Palestinians protested the incursion.

Sources added that occupation forces invaded commercial shops, assaulted citizens, and fired rubber-coated steel rounds, concussion grenades, and tear gas canisters at those who resisted the incursion.

Furthermore, Israeli forces abducted three Palestinians, on Tuesday morning, in the southern West Bank governorate of Bethlehem.

Media sources said that occupation soldiers abducted the citizens, Ammar Ibrahim Nabhan, Muhammad Rateb Al-Amour, and Iyad Nader Taqatqa, 22, after storming and searching their homes.

Moreover, on Tuesday evening, Israeli soldiers abducted two young men, east of Hebron in the southern occupied West Bank.

Media sources said that occupation forces abducted two young men from the Salaymeh family, after stopping them near the illegal “Kiryat Arba” colony, and transferred them to a nearby military camp.
