On Tuesday evening, Israeli soldiers abducted two Palestinians in a village north of Jericho in the northeastern part of the occupied West Bank.

The Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS) said the soldiers invaded Marah Ghazal village before stopping and searching several cars.

They added that the soldiers forced two young men out of their car and abducted them before moving them to an unknown destination.

On Monday night, the army tightened the siege on Jericho and installed sandhills on streets leading to Palm farms north of Jericho and south of the Aabat Jaber refugee camp.

Furthermore, the soldiers invaded Izbet Shoufa village, south of the northern West Bank city of Tulkarem, before storming and ransacking man homes while interrogating several Palestinians and inspecting their ID cards.

The soldiers also hurled concussion grenades and fired several homes at several homes in the village.
