On Tuesday, Israeli soldiers demolished two agricultural sheds and a room in Al-Khader town, south of Bethlehem, in the occupied West Bank.

Ibrahim Mousa Obeyyat, the head of the Al-Khader Town Council, said several military vehicles, including bulldozers, invaded the Ad-Deir area in the western part of the village.

Obeyyat added that the soldiers demolished two large agricultural sheds and a room owned by the family of Rashid Mahmoud Salah, allegedly for being built without a permit from the “Civil Administration Office,” the administrative branch of the illegal Israeli occupation, although the local town council licensed them.

The invasion and the destruction led to protests before the soldiers fired many rubber-coated steel bullets, gas bombs, and concussion grenades; there have been no reports of injuries.
