Israeli occupation forces carried out a series of invasions, assaults, and abductions across the occupied West Bank on Tuesday, targeting communities in the southern, central, northern, and northwestern regions, while also imposing movement restrictions and attacking residents participating in peaceful gatherings.

In the southern West Bank, Israeli forces invaded the village of At‑Tabqa, part of the town of Dura south of Hebron, where they assaulted several residents after detaining them.

Local sources reported that soldiers held a number of Palestinians for extended periods, and beat them severely, causing bruises and other injuries. No additional information was available regarding the number of injured residents, and tension remained high in the area following the invasion.

In the Bethlehem district, also in the southern West Bank, two Palestinians suffered from severe tear‑gas inhalation after Israeli forces fired toxic gas canisters inside the home of Ismael Sbeih in the Dar Mahmoud neighborhood of Al‑Khader, south of the city.

A local source said soldiers invaded the town, positioned themselves in the Al‑Balou‘ area, and fired gas and stun grenades into the house, causing Sbeih’s pregnant daughter and his son, who suffers from a heart condition, to suffocate before being transferred to Al‑Yamama Hospital.

Israeli forces also carried out multiple invasions across the Hebron district on Tuesday, including the towns of Ath‑Thaheriya, Dura, and Ethna in the southern West Bank.

Local sources reported that soldiers invaded the Khallet Al‑‘Eissa and Al‑Mashrou‘ areas of Ath‑Thaheriya, as well as the Wadi Risha area of Ethna and several neighborhoods in Dura. No abductions were reported. In the same district, soldiers prevented Palestinians from entering or leaving the Al‑‘Arroub refugee camp and detained several residents at the entrance.

In the central West Bank, Israeli forces assaulted Palestinians participating in a peaceful gathering in Khirbet Hamsa, west of Hebron, where residents and local officials were protesting Israeli plans to seize large areas of land for colonial expansion.

Ahmad Rajoub, the head of the Al‑Koum village council, stated that the soldiers who have been constructing and expanding settlement roads in the Hamsa and Suba areas attacked residents, farmers, and representatives of local institutions.

He said soldiers beat several participants, detained others, and fired live ammunition, stun grenades, and toxic gas at the crowd. No injuries were reported.

In the northwestern West Bank, Israeli forces abducted two Palestinians from the village of Jayyous, east of Qalqilia. Local sources said soldiers invaded the eastern neighborhood of the village, broke into several homes, and abducted Samer Helmi Al‑Barq and Malik Amin Ba‘ja after searching their houses.

In the northeastern West Bank, Israeli forces abducted a Palestinian man from the town of Tammun, southeast of Tubas, while he was passing through a military roadblock near Ramallah. According to the director of the Prisoners’ Society office in Tubas, Kamal Bani Odeh, soldiers stopped the vehicle carrying 52‑year‑old former prisoner Mustafa Hussein Abdul‑Karim Bani Odeh at the Ein Siniya military roadblock and took him into custody.

In the northern West Bank, Israeli forces abducted former prisoner Amr Shami and his father after invading their home in the Al‑Baydawi roundabout area of Jenin. Soldiers also invaded the Ras Al‑Ain neighborhood in the center of Nablus in the northern West Bank and separately invaded the Old Askar refugee camp in the eastern part of the city.
