Israeli occupation forces carried out widespread invasions, home searches, abductions, assaults, and movement restrictions across the occupied West Bank on Tuesday, targeting communities in the southern, central, northwestern, and northern districts.
In the southern West Bank, soldiers invaded the town of Doha west of Bethlehem, deploying in the “Dynamometer” area before invading and searching several homes. No abductions were reported.
In a separate incident, troops invaded the Solomon’s Pools tourist area between Al‑Khader and Artas, south of Bethlehem, positioned themselves around the three pools, and closed the entire site while preventing movement along the main road connecting the two communities.
Local sources said soldiers conducted foot patrols in the area. Residents noted that invasions of Solomon’s Pools have escalated recently, including assaults on visitors and causing inhalation injuries among civilians.
In the southern West Bank district of Hebron, Israeli forces invaded the village of Deir Samet west of Doura. No abductions were reported in this incident.
In Salfit, in the central West Bank, Israeli forces invaded the city and abducted two residents. Local sources said soldiers invaded and searched the homes of Mahmoud Al‑Bar, head of the Salfit Workers’ Unions, and Islam Hassan Wael Yassin, before abducting both.
Several homes were also invaded and searched, and a civilian vehicle was damaged when an Israeli military jeep rammed into it prior to the army’s withdrawal.
In the central West Bank district of Ramallah, soldiers abducted former political prisoner Maher Rezeq Na’san Abu Rezeq from the village of Al‑Mughayyer east of Ramallah after stopping him at the military roadblock of Ein Sinya north of the city.
Troops also invaded the village of Abu Falah east of Ramallah and fired stun grenades during an invasion of Kafr Malik, also east of the city.
In the northwestern West Bank, Israeli forces invaded Qalqilia from its main eastern entrance, spread through the northern area, Al‑Marj, and the Naqqar neighborhood, and fired stun grenades and toxic gas toward a café near the northern military roadblock, causing inhalation injuries among civilians who were treated in the field.
In the northern West Bank, Israeli forces carried out extensive operations in Nablus. Military units invaded several neighborhoods at dawn, including areas behind the National Hospital, and broke into homes belonging to the Al‑Zir’a and Al‑Shakhshir families. Soldiers also invaded the village of Madama south of Nablus. No abductions were reported.
In Jenin, in the northern West Bank, Israeli forces abducted four residents, including a young woman, during a large invasion of the city and the residential buildings housing displaced families from the Jenin refugee camp near the Arab American University.
Troops invaded a building near the Yasser Arafat roundabout and abducted former prisoner Ghassan Al‑Atrash. Soldiers also abducted Thaer Al‑Alauna after breaking into his home in the Al‑Basateen neighborhood, and abducted Mohammad Abuhra after invading his home in the Jabal Abu Dhahir area.
In the residential building housing displaced families from the Jenin refugee camp, soldiers abducted Basmala Hawashin.
In the Jordan Valley, in the northeastern West Bank, Israeli forces invaded the village of Al‑Jiftlik north of Jericho, broke into the home of Fayez Hassan Abu Dahila, and abducted him along with his son Ahmad.
Across all districts, residents reported extensive movement restrictions, repeated invasions, and escalating assaults targeting civilians and their property throughout the day.
