Israeli occupation forces invaded Zeita town, north of Tulkarem in the northwestern West Bank, on Tuesday evening, injuring one Palestinian and abducting another.
According to local sources, Israeli troops stormed many homes, conducting violent searches and field interrogations, while vandalizing property.
Among the affected families were Abu al-Ezz, Ibrahim Al-Tayyim, Zaghlool, Saleh Al-Jasser, and Zeita’s mayor, Mohannad Al-Nafeth.
In addition, the soldiers brutally beat Sharar Abu al-Ezz, leaving him with injuries and bruises, and abducted another Palestinian, Mohammad At-Tayeh.
Also, the soldiers illegally occupied a home along the main street, converting it into a military outpost and surveillance point, while detaining several young men. Meanwhile, an Israeli drone was seen hovering over the town, monitoring movements.
Israeli forces have intensified their military offensive across Tulkarem and its refugee camps, including Nur Shams, where residential buildings have been demolished, and families forcibly displaced.
Reports indicate that Israeli troops have seized homes, converted them into military bases, and blocked roads with bulldozers, restricting movement for civilians.
