Israeli soldiers shot, Sunday morning, a young Palestinian man in the Al-Khader town, south of Bethlehem, in the occupied West Bank.

Local nonviolent activist Ahmad Salah said many army jeeps invaded the town, especially the at-Tal area in the Old City.

He added that many youngsters hurled stones at the invading vehicles before the soldiers fired several live rounds, gas bombs, and concussion grenades.

Medical sources said a young man was shot with a live round in the leg and was rushed to a hospital in Bethlehem.
