Illegal paramilitary Israeli colonizers carried out a series of assaults across the occupied West Bank on Friday and Saturday, invading Palestinian communities, destroying property, vandalizing Christian symbols, and seriously injuring a young man.

In the Bethlehem district, Israeli colonizers vandalized Christian symbols and crosses in the Al‑Makhrour area of Beit Jala, west of Bethlehem city.

Local residents reported that the colonizers entered the area and damaged wooden crosses before leaving toward nearby colonial outposts.

Al‑Makhrour has been the site of repeated attacks in recent years, including vandalism, arson, and the destruction of agricultural property.

Residents say these incidents are part of ongoing attempts by colonizer groups to pressure Palestinian landowners and expand nearby colonial outposts.

Christian sites in Beit Jala and surrounding areas have been targeted multiple times, with churches, shrines, and religious symbols vandalized in similar incidents documented by local communities and human rights organizations.

In addition, the Al‑Baidar Organization for the Defense of Bedouin Rights reported that a group of colonizers invaded the Al‑Balqa’ area near Al‑Awja, north of Jericho, where they stormed several homes and assaulted families.

One Palestinian man, Mohammad Ghawanma, sustained severe head injuries before Palestinian medics transported him to a hospital in Jericho.

Colonizer groups also invaded several Bedouin communities in the Al‑‘Awsaj area, north of Jericho, prompting residents to confront them and force them away from their dwellings.

Al‑Baidar said the attacks are part of a sharply escalating pattern of violations targeting Palestinian communities throughout the West Bank.

In the Hebron district, in the southern West Bank, colonizers invaded Palestinian farmlands in the Tal Ma’in area of Masafer Yatta and assaulted a farmer, Mohammad Abdul‑Hamid Hamamda.

Hamamda was tending to his land and crops when the colonizers attacked him, causing multiple cuts and bruises.

The colonizers also chased several shepherds and farmers in the area, hurling insults at them and threatening to harm them.

In the Ramallah district, in the central West Bank, a group of colonizers invaded the Karamillo junction area near Taybeh, east of the city, burned a Palestinian‑owned car, and attempted to attack nearby homes and property.
