Israeli paramilitary colonizers carried out a series of assaults on Palestinian families across the occupied West Bank on Wednesday, including the beating of a woman and her child in Masafer Yatta, attacks on homes east of Ramallah, and the wounding of a man in Beita, south of Nablus.

Anti‑colonization activist Osama Makhamra said an armed colonizer invaded the community of Khirbet al‑Markaz in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron, in the southern West Bank, and assaulted Widad Makhamra and her child after storming their home, causing bruises and injuries.

In the nearby al‑‘Abadiyya area of Umm Qissa, in the Yatta desert region, Israeli occupation forces delivered demolition and stop‑work orders targeting homes and structures belonging to the Al‑Atayma family.

Earlier Wednesday morning, colonizers escalated their attacks on Palestinian families in the al‑Khalaifa area east of the village of Taybeh, northeast of Ramallah, in the central West Bank.

Local sources reported that colonizers deliberately brought herds of sheep and camels onto Palestinian‑owned land, destroyed property, uprooted trees, and surrounded homes while assaulting residents.

In occupied Jerusalem, Israeli soldiers abducted a young man, Islam Abdul-Qader Eid, after a group of colonizers assaulted him near Jaffa Street in the center of the city.

In the evening, a Palestinian man was injured when colonizers attacked residents in the Qammas area on the outskirts of Beita, south of Nablus, in the northern West Babk.

Local sources said the colonizers beat the man and sprayed him with pepper spray before he was transferred to an emergency medical center for treatment.

Earlier Wednesday, Israeli colonizers burned a Palestinian vehicle and part of a home in Khirbet Masoud, south of Jenin in the northern occupied West Bank.
