On Wednesday afternoon and at night, on Day 223 of the ongoing genocide in the Gaza Strip, Israeli missiles and shells killed dozens of Palestinians and wounded scores more, including women and children, in several parts of the destroyed, besieged, and starved Gaza Strip.
The army targeted residential blocs and many buildings across the Gaza Strip, inflicting hundreds of casualties in 24 hours.
In Gaza City, the army fired missiles and shells at several neighborhoods, and at least one home in the Shati’ refugee camp, west of the city, causing many casualties.

The army also fired barrages of missiles and shells at the Asqoula area, in Gaza City, and a few surrounding areas, in addition to firing a missile at a home in front of the Kuwait Hospital and another home in the Jneina neighborhood.
In addition, the Israeli army carried out extensive bombing and shelling of various parts of Jabalia, in northern Gaza, killing and wounding many Palestinians.
The army also killed four Palestinians, including a pregnant woman, and injured many, in a bombing of a home in the Al-Faluja area in Jabalia refugee camp.
The army also fired missiles at the Al-Falouja graveyard and various surrounding areas, causing casualties.
Furthermore, many Palestinians were killed and injured when after Israeli military drones fired missiles at them in the center of the Jabalia refugee camp.
It is worth mentioning that about 600.000 Palestinians, were forced to leave Jabalia since the Israeli army renewed and intensified its bombing of the city, the Jabalia refugee camp, and surrounding areas.
In addition, the army fired missiles and shells at several parts of Nusseirat in Central Gaza, including a school in the Nusseirat refugee camp, and targeted several areas, south of the refugee camp, and a home in the northern part of the refugee camp, killing and wounding many Palestinians.
In Khan Younis, in southern Gaza, the army fired barrages of missiles and shells at several areas, killing and wounding dozens of Palestinians.
Medical sources said the corpses of nine Palestinians, and many wounded, were moved to the Gaza European Hospital, in Khan Younis, while many remain under the rubble, and added that at least two Palestinians were killed and many were injured when the army fired a missile at Palestinians, trying to flee the bombing near the medical facility.
In Rafah, in Gaza’s southmost part, the army fired missiles at homes in the Al-Huseinat area, in addition to the Nasr and Barazil neighborhoods in the city, and many areas in the central and the eastern parts of the city, causing dozens of casualties.
Also, at least one Palestinian was killed and two were injured when the army bombarded an area near the Al-Awda Junction, in the center of Rafah City.
In addition, the army continued its bombing and invasion of the Shaboura, in the center of Rafah city.
On its part, the Israeli army said six soldiers were killed, including one in an explosion in the Gaza belt area, across the fence, and added that five paratroopers were killed and sixteen were injured, at least three seriously, in firefights with Palestinian fighters in Jabalia refugee camp, bringing the number of soldiers killed since Israel began the ground offensive on Gaza, on October 27, 2023, to 279.
Palestinian fighters also managed to destroy several Israeli tanks and armored vehicles in several parts of the Gaza Strip, especially in Jabalia and areas east of Rafah.
Israel has now killed at least 35.272 Palestinians, including more than 15.103 children and 9.961 women, and injured at least 79.205, mostly women and children, in several parts of the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, in addition to at least 7.0000 Palestinians who remain under the rubble, on destroyed streets, and in alleys across the Gaza Strip.
Euro-Med Human Rights Monitors reported, a few days earlier, that the number of slain Palestinians, including those under the rubble, is at least 43.640 (39.675 Civilians) and the number of injured is more than 81.560.
The number of displaced Palestinians is at least 2.000.000 after the army destroyed 136.700 homes, damaged 398.700 homes, destroyed or damaged 179 press headquarters, damaged 459 schools, destroyed 2.340 industrial facilities, damaged 667 mosques and 3 churches, 459 schools, 29 hospitals, 76 clinics, and 227 ambulances, in addition to 203 heritage sites.
Among the slain Palestinians are 371 healthcare professionals (in addition to 560 injured), and 45 Civil Defense workers (169 injured).
