On Tuesday, 27 Palestinians were killed and more than 90 others injured, including children and women, when Israeli forces bombed and opened fire on thousands of displaced civilians gathered near an aid distribution center west of Rafah, in Gaza’s southmost part. Many casualties were also reported across the devastated coastal enclave.
Media sources have confirmed that Israeli artillery and warplanes targeted the crowd as they waited for humanitarian aid near Al-Alam roundabout, resulting in numerous casualties, including critically wounded individuals.
Medical sources reported that 32 bodies arrived at Nasser Medical Complex following Israeli strikes on Khan Younis and Rafah since dawn. Among them, 24 were killed when Israeli forces opened fire on thousands of displaced civilians waiting for aid near a distribution center west of Rafah, in Gaza’s southmost part.

At least 10 Palestinians were killed and others injured, including children, on Tuesday as Israeli forces bombed multiple areas across Gaza.
In addition, Medical sources confirmed that two children were killed, and several Palestinians injured, when Israeli forces targeted the Al-Najjar family’s reception hall, which was sheltering displaced families in Khan Younis, southern Gaza.
Additionally, three Palestinians were killed, and many injured, when Israeli forces bombed a tent housing displaced civilians near Asda’ Recreational City, northwest of Khan Younis.
Another Palestinian was killed, and three others were injured, in an Israeli strike on Al-Qudra Street in the city.
In Deir Al-Balah, in central Gaza, former political prisoner Hamada Dirawi was killed, along with at least three Palestinians, in an Israeli airstrike targeting displaced civilians’ tents in the “Swiss camp” in Deir al-Balah, central Gaza. More than twenty were injured in the bombing.
Local sources reported that the bombing struck a gathering of displaced families, resulting in multiple casualties, including Dirawi, who had previously spent years in Israeli prisons.

This attack comes amid intensifying Israeli strikes on shelter areas, despite the large number of civilians seeking refuge from ongoing military operations.
In Jabalia, northern Gaza, two Palestinians were killed and others wounded when Israeli forces bombed a group of civilians near Bishara Supermarket.
Doctors Without Borders stated that dozens of Palestinians have been killed at aid distribution sites supported by the United States and Israel.
The organization emphasized that many were killed and injured while waiting for food, warning that the new aid distribution system is dangerously flawed, lacking both humanity and efficiency.
With blood banks nearing depletion, medical teams have been forced to donate their own blood to treat the wounded, highlighting the severity of the crisis.
Doctors Without Borders stressed that weaponizing humanitarian aid in this manner could constitute a crime against humanity.
Meanwhile, UNRWA Commissioner-General Philippe Lazzarini described the new aid distribution mechanism as a “death trap”, urging Israel to lift the blockade and allow the UN to safely deliver and distribute aid across Gaza.

He warned that UN-led aid distribution is the only way to prevent mass starvation, which threatens one million children in Gaza.
Lazzarini also called for international media access to independently document the ongoing atrocities.
The UN official further criticized the new system, which limits aid distribution to only three or four locations, forcing civilians to travel long distances to access supplies. Previously, aid was distributed through 400 locations.
It is worth mentioning that 75 Palestinians have been killed, and more than 400 injured, in Israeli attacks on aid distribution centers In the Gaza Strip.

In related news, the Israeli military announced on Tuesday morning that three soldiers, all holding the rank of Staff Sergeant, were killed by Palestinian fighters in northern Gaza on Monday.
The announcement comes amid ongoing military escalation in the region, as fierce battles continue between Israeli forces and Palestinian resistance groups.
Since October 7, 2023, the Israeli army has killed more than 54,470 Palestinians, including more than 16,507 children and 9,980 women, and injured at least 124,693, the majority of whom are children and women.
The death toll remains incomplete, as many victims remain trapped under rubble or in areas inaccessible to rescue teams.
