Medical sources in Hebron, in the southern part of the occupied West Bank, have reported that that five residents were injured, on Thursday evening, and many others fired the effects of tear gas inhalation, after Israeli soldiers invaded the al-Arroub refugee camp, north of the city.

The sources said the five Palestinians were shot with rubber-coated steel bullets and received treatment by local medics, without the need for hospitalization.

Many Palestinians suffered the effects of tear gas inhalation, including some of the who fainted, before the medics managed to reach them.

Media sources in Hebron said clashes took place in the refugee camp after the soldiers invaded its northern area.
