Medical sources in the Gaza Strip reported on Monday that four Palestinians were killed since the early morning hours, as the Israeli occupation continues its violations across the besieged and devastated coastal enclave.

The medical sources said the fatalities included one in southern Gaza, two in the central governorate, and one in northern Gaza, in addition to 16 wounded Palestinians who were transported to hospitals throughout the day.

The overall death toll from the genocide in Gaza since October 7, 2023, has risen to 72,740 Palestinians killed and 172,555 wounded.

Since the declared “ceasefire” on October 11, 2025, the number of Palestinians killed by Israeli occupation forces has reached 854, while 2,453 have been injured. Civil Defense teams have also recovered 770 bodies from beneath the rubble during this period.

Medical and rescue teams warn that an unknown number of victims remain under collapsed buildings and along roadways, as Israeli bombardment and the destruction of infrastructure continue to prevent access to many areas.
